  • The client must provide all the information and details necessary for the elaboration of its arrangement or decoration previously, design, personalized balloons, age, name and reason (birthday, love, baptism, communion, happy day, or any other reason, address and time of delivery, etc.)
  • The customer must indicate if the person to be surprised is allergic to latex or any component of food, to avoid the material or ingredient in the arrangements, decoration or surprise.
  • At Mary Balloons Decor & Arts we have no fixed delivery time. The client can choose the morning shift from 8.00am to 12.00pm or late night from 1.00pm to 8.00pm. We can not indicate an estimated delivery time; it will be done during the corresponding time you have chosen. If the customer wishes to indicate a relevant aspect or details regarding the delivery, he must notify it to reach an agreement, for example: “he is at work until 5.00pm”, if available the schedule can be made delivery.
  • If the customer wishes to remove the product or products in our store, he must take into consideration that our products can be of large size and volume, in addition they are also delicate, they must have a suitable traslado. We are not responsible for the handling and final result of the product once the customer has left our premises.
  • Helium latex balloons last approximately 8 hours, we guarantee their minimum durability for 48 hours. The Microfoil or metallic balloons will last more than 7 days, depending on the weather conditions and treatment given to them.
  • It is important to note, that latex balloons with helium should not be placed in frontof air conditioning, since gas particles are compressed and automatically deflate balloons. It’s a natural process that even happens with a cold natural climate.
  • Do not place the balloons directly into the sun, as heat or steam also cause the balloons to deflate or explode. Helium is a non-flammable gas, but these measurements help make your balloons more durable.
  • Do not leave the balloons or decoration in the car for the heat or steam, the risk of them exploding is remarkably high.
  • Discard the balloons after they deflate, keep those debris away from children and pets as they can suffocate.
  • You should avoid releasing or bringing the balloons closer to electricity cables, they can be electricity transmitters.
  • In case of cancellation of the service, no refund of the amount paid will be made, since this is used to buy the necessary materials, and additionally when reserving a date, the opportunity to make another contract is lost.
  • The client should know that we will upload to our social networks and website photos of the client and its arrangement, decoration or surprise, if you do not agree with the publication of those images, please notify us. If there‚Äôs no agreement, we will still publish our work.
  • Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that may be suffered with our products and services.
  • Change of date: the client can change the date of his event due to illness or force majeure, this change will only be accepted ONCE and under the same conditions of the original contract in terms of event design, colors and theme. If the event is canceled again for second time and the date is changed, it will be taken as a new contract, applying the increases that result if the theme and colors change.
  • With balloons packages we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 48 hours of purchase with initial receipt in our pfisical store. Package must be unopened.
  • Pick up recommendations for bunches: The average vehicle holds about 24 inflated balloons and they’re best stored in the back seat.
  • Inhalation of helium can be harmful. Never breathe in helium.
  • After your party properly dispose of uninflated balloons.
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
    We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
  • Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
  • The costumer has the freedom to choose our decorations and products as they are shown on the website or in our physical store. Our company is committed to delivering the product in the same conditions of color, size and theme as chosen, if at the time of creating the product there is any change that affects the design, our company will notify the client of the change for approval. These changes are due to the fact that it may happen that at the time of creating a product some accessory is not in stock or has been discontinued.
